Leadership Team
In 2016, Nate founded Juniper Capital Group after earning a degree in Finance and spending numerous years developing his analytical skills working with various companies. By recruiting like-minded professionals, he has been able to grow his company and work with an array of clients from first-time to seasoned buyers and sellers.
Having analyzed and closed over a billion dollars in deals, Nate has garnered awards and recognition as one of the Commercial Observers budding 25 under 35, a Crain’s Rising Stars, a Next Generation Honoree (Connect New York), and in the 2019 Ones to Watch by NYREJ. Nate has appeared in numerous real estate publications such as the Mann Report, RE Business, NYREJ and several others.
David has extensive market knowledge along with an unmatched devotion to his clients that have led to his growth the real estate industry. His dedication has led to his success in the industry, having closed over $1.3 billion in deals, and this journey has been chronicled in many publications including the Real Estate weekly, Real Deal, NY Real Estate Journal.
David confirms to the “think good and it will be good” philosophy and maintains that it is that positivity that not only accounts for his success in the business, but also that drives his approach to making deals.
Netanel is Juniper Capital Group’s Lead Analyst, who holds a degree in Accounting and Finance. His experience, credibility, and commitment and has allowed him to effectively connect with people from the United States and all over the world. He prides himself on being responsive and paying keen attention to the wants and needs of company clients in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.
Working with Juniper Capital Group has allowed him to successfully close, analyze and underwrite over a billion dollars in deals.
